Honeywell Smart Thermostat Kit with 3 Wireless Remote Sensors

The latest Honeywell (now Resideo) thermostat provides a solution by allowing you to prioritize specific areas in your home using wireless sensors that can detect temperature, motion, and humidity. This thermostat comes with programmable settings, WiFi capability, and heat and cool temperature control. It is a low voltage thermostat with up to 3 heat and 2 cool stages for heat pumps, or 2 heat and 2 cool stages for conventional systems.

The advanced app that accompanies this thermostat allows you to integrate with Apple Home Kit and utilizes geo fence technology to automatically adjust the temperature as you get closer to your home. This feature is particularly useful for those who do not have a fixed schedule. Unlike the T9 thermostat, the T10 model can handle dual fuel heat pump applications, as well as a whole house ventilator, humidifier, or dehumidifier.

This bundle includes three wireless sensors, but you have the option to add up to a total of 20 wireless sensors that can monitor temperature, humidity, and motion (presence of humans!). You can prioritize comfort in the areas that are currently in use or are important to you, such as the dens in the evening, bedrooms at night, or living rooms when entertaining guests.

Although a C wire is required, you can place the thermostat at the furnace or air handler where a C wire is available to control the temperature based on one or multiple remote sensors. This addresses the issue of thermostats installed in inconvenient locations that read temperatures not representative of the desired comfort levels.
