2. Solutions to Common Issues If your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode, it is normal for it to start oscillating after one hour, as this is the default setting. If this does not happen, please contact our service team for assistance. Ensure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft during installation, not the curved surface, to maintain the optimal air output. Make sure to double-press the operation panel to wake it up and make any necessary adjustments when the fan is in Screen Off mode.
